About Three Leaves Fit Family way Wellness Hub

Three Leaves Fit Family Way Wellness Hub is a personalized and community-based weight management and peer support program. We are a group of nutrition coaches. We have helped hundreds of individuals and families reach their best health, without crash diets or excessive exercise .

Our health philosophy and approach

Your health is a result of maintaining a balance in 3 things – Exercise, Sleep and Diet. Diet constitutes around 70% to your weight loss journey and exercise and diet 20% and 10% respectively.

  • 1. As a member of our nutrition and fitness community, you will get the following support.
    • a. Online club session- morning and evening
    • b. Exercise with us in the club- easy to do- and interact with online community.
    • c. You will get personalized diet plan and soon call support.
  • 2. You are expected to be regular with your diet as per our advice and attend the club daily.
  • 3. Be Patient and keep the faith, weight loss will follow.
  • 4. You can lose between 3-5 kgs in first month, results vary as per individual. 7- 10 kgs can be targeted in 3 months.
  • 5. We did not give any starvation diets – you will eat as many as 5 meals a day.
  • 6. We have a very high success rate- only caveat is that you need to give us at 3 months of your dedication.
